Technical Advisor

Aditya Joshi is a postdoctoral researcher at Utrecht University (Netherlands). Aditya's research focuses broadly on machine learning, adaptive technology, human-AI interaction, and the evaluation of AI systems. He received his MS by Research from IIIT Hyderabad, where he developed methods for fine-grained classification of noisy social media text. Prior to joining academia, he worked in Data Science and Machine Learning engineering roles at Simility (later acquired by PayPal), ZL Technologies, and Phenompeople. He has authored a textbook on machine learning and published several research articles spanning machine learning, natural language processing, and adaptive technologies.

Sriram brings about 7 years of full-stack engineering experience, most recently as Lead App Developer at Sutherland Global Services in Hyderabad; before that, he spent five years at Oniondev Technologies, where he grew from MTS to Software Engineer. His core strengths are Python, Django REST APIs, Angular, JavaScript and MySQL, with working knowledge of React and Java. At Sutherland, he architected the Tenacity Angular application and automated background processing that saved around 30 minutes per case, using Gemini AI to speed up development along the way. On the Mobile Vaani platform, he built backend APIs, improved API efficiency by 56%, shipped a notification service reaching 50k+ users, and helped upgrade the codebase from Python 2.7 to 3.8. He holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
