Customer

The account starts as one record: contacts, the SOW and artefacts, and requirements prioritised as Must, Should, Could and Won't. Everything that follows hangs off it.

Workplan

Plans are proposed from projects your team has already delivered, then laid out on a live timeline with owners and dates. Plan items show on the Timeline; their subtasks stay in the List, so the Gantt never turns into a wall.

Defects

Each defect is triaged, owned and fixed, and stamped with the commit that fixed it. A fix waits In Review until a person accepts it or sends it back.

Success

Health is drawn from live delivery, defect and support data, with Voice of Customer captured against the account. Delivery hands over to success with the full history attached.
